December`s Top Tip !

[ 01 Dec 2008]

Sing songs and use body percussion to encourage your child`s sense of rhythm and beat. Clap hands or shake bells in time to the music of Jingle Bells. March along to Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Join in with body sounds in When Santa Got Stuck up the Chimney.

Encourage a sense of rhyme and anticipation by sharing the following rhyme

Whose that coming on Christmas night?

With a red red nose and a beard so white,

Eyes that sparkle like a starry night.

            I know, don`t you!?
